The chorizo is made up of: Lean pork meat and pork fat, paprika, salt, garlic, dextrose, spices, stabilizer: E-450, antioxidant: E-316; E-331iii, preservatives: E-250; E-252,colouring agent: E-160c; E-120. Pork casing. Casing treatment: E-202; E-235.

The chorizo is an extra quality cured sausage. The pieces of bacon come from the thorax and abdomen, with the skin and without bristles, having been subject to a dry salting process and subsequent maturation, so it is a salted and cured product
